Combining energy and space efficiency – still today, this system forms the basis for our technology, which is consistently focused on saving energy. An ingenious insulation system and refractory material retain thermal energy in the furnace interior, not only contributing to fuel savings but also enabling a very compact design. The excess energy of the melting process is forwarded by the specific heating gas routing to heat the holding basin. The extended residence time has significant effect on emissions. The exhaust gases comply with limit values for air pollution control and CO₂ emissions. As a result, no additional costs are incurred for expensive filtration systems.

Chip Recycling systems

Performance for every demand. FRECH ZPF recycling systems are characterized by exceptionally space-saving and environmentally friendly design. Furthermore, the innovative closed system guarantees outstanding energy utilization, as well as exemplary emissions values. As a result, no exhaust filtration system needs to be installed.
The systems have a load capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 kg and a melting capacity of 500 to 1,000 kg/hr.

Holding Systems

FRECH ZPF thermal holding systems are characterized by high efficiency and guarantee long service life by using insensitive heating elements.
The separate filling pocket enables filling during operation. The systems have a load capacity of 6,000 to 20,000 kg.

Melting and Holding Systems

Our melting and holding systems are characterized by exceptional melt quality and high melting performance with optimal energy efficiency. They are well-suited as a flexible solution for pre-melting and for direct pouring into large dies. They have a load capacity of 700 to 20,000 kg and a melting capacity of 300 to 4,000 kg/hr.

Alloying furnaces

Our compact FRECH ZPF alloying furnaces are particularly energy-efficient and, thanks to their outstanding "inner values", also impress in terms of resilience. Depending on the type and size of the furnace, the tank capacity is 5,000 or 7,000 kg, the melting capacity is 1,000 or 1,500 kg/hr.
